I love the great screenshot hotkeys in OS X:

• Command (the apple button) + shift + 4 + Mouse click
  Let’s you capture an area of the screen, really cool!

  Like the “Print screen” button in Windows, whole screen; press CTRL at the same time to save the image to your ram (instead of the desktop).
• Command + shift + 4 + space
  Give’s you a camera device to capture certain windows.
