I think the following two tools are really handy. Once you start using them you’ll never give them away again.
CSS Edit
A CSS source & WYSIWYG editor - I like to see instant results of a code change.
Cyberduck
A FTP/SFTP (ssh) client - like WinSCP for XP..

Hey,
My cool osx apps bookmarks got to be so large I decided to publish a site. I am still in development [read: my site isn't as nice as yours] but I have lots of cool osx apps and hundreds more to come.
