Lame Apple support!

Unfortunately my macbook harddrive passed away 12 days ago - I did hope and was assured a really fast replacement. I also called the apple hotline since retail stores now handle first level support, which theoretically isn’t to bad, BUT they keep on blaming the other party. So calling the hotline involves me, the third party. The guy on the hotline promised me to “push my order forward”, whatever that means. The harddrive should have arrived on the 20.1., up to now Apple did not release a new ETA for the harddrive. So waiting appears to be the only option?

Just imagine yourself waiting for your new iPhone battery being replaced..

Did anybody experience the same problems with apple support? They really seem to test customers to the far end..
