Unfortunately the Boost CD Radio in my 2002 MINI does not offer an Aux-In solution to plug in an iPod or the-like.
1) Grab one of those kits (for < 2002 Boost CD radios) or build it yourself (> 2003 model). You’ll be able to switch the source by pressing “Mode”.
2) Disassemble your center console. Be sure to have the right torx screwdrivers ready. There is enough space on the left inside the center console to securely store any additional plugs, boxes and cables out of sight.
3) Buy sticky velcro straps in order to secure cables and fixate the iPod onto the dashboard.
Off you go!

PIMP car dude. I like the cowskin, too. Don’t forget car-round WiFi connectivity and the PS2’s for the poor shmoes in the back.
Further more.. Do not forget to trade your car battery with bigger one (same voltages), so it can store more power and you can have fun with no worries even with the engine turned off.
